JUMBO Consulting Group has just launched a new “Talent Programme” to develop the next generation of talent in the offshore wind industry and to contribute towards the sustainable growth of our fast-growing industry.

What is the Talent Programme?

The Talent Programme is a one-year programme where graduates and newcomers who are interested in working in offshore wind and renewable energy will be mentored through rigorous training in the field of Supply Chain Development and/or Procurement and Contract Management.

The Programme will provide a platform to develop personal and technical skills and competencies through structured training modules, an industry-leading education platform, and through real-life experience.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to work with and learn from industry experts that hold over 15 years of experience in supply chain development, procurement and contract management within the renewable energy industry.

Graduates and newcomers to the industry who wish to learn, refine their skillset, and grow to become a leader in their field of expertise. Whether you are about to graduate or looking to transition to the renewable energy sector, you are welcome to apply.

Does the Programme include travel?

The Talent Programme includes 3 one-week visits to one of Jumbo CG’s global offices to encourage a broad learning from and across multiple teams and leaders.

Upon completion of the Talent Programme, individuals will have gained the technical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary to become a competent professional in their field of expertise within offshore wind and renewable energy.

For the inaugural year, Jumbo CG will only be accepting applicants that are based in or have the ability to work in Copenhagen, Denmark. Successful applicants will be offered full-time permanent employment with Jumbo CG.
