WHAT IS THE JUMBO TALENT PROGRAMME?
The JUMBO Talent Programme is a 12-month initiative designed to nurture and develop the next generation of talent for the offshore wind and wider renewable energy industry. While traditionally known as a graduate scheme, we’ve expanded our horizons to welcome not only recent graduates but also talented individuals from various backgrounds who aspire to make a meaningful impact in offshore wind and renewable energy.

- Structured Training & Development: Our learning and development platform includes the Renewable Construction Academy (RECOA), offering role-based education for the renewable energy industry – a first of its kind. You’ll also have access to internal JUMBO Sessions covering specific specialist topics within supply chain, procurement, and contracts. Our comprehensive Growth Framework provides you with a clear view of how to progress your career at JUMBO and achieve success.
- International Exposure: Our highly diverse team collaborates across borders. Participants will gain international exposure through cross-border teamwork and overseas visits to our global offices, fostering a rich understanding of the industry’s global dynamics.
