Vineyard Wind 1

Vineyard Wind is well underway in developing the nation’s first utility-scale offshore wind energy project over 15 miles off the coast of Massachusetts. It has a rated capacity of up to 800MW and as such the project will generate clean, renewable, cost-competitive energy for over 400,000 homes and businesses across the Commonwealth, while reducing carbon emissions by over 1.6 million tons per year.

The project is owned by Vineyard Wind LLC, an offshore wind development company, 50 percent owned by funds of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and 50 percent owned by Avangrid Renewables, LLC.

Through Copenhagen Offshore Partners, JUMBO Consulting Group provides procurement and contract management services having supported the development of the project for parts of the major balance of plant work scopes.
