Chang Fang and Xidao Offshore Wind Farm

Offshore wind farms located approximately 25km off the coast of Changhua County, Taiwan, featuring 62 x 9.5MW MHI Vestas turbines. The projects are owned by funds through Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners being supported by Copenhagen Offshore Partners for the development along with specialized consultancies within the offshore wind industry.

JUMBO Consulting Group provides procurement and contract management services having supported the development of the project from early on to financial close and now through the execution phase on all the major CAPEX works scopes.
