We’re delighted to welcome Tomi Motoi to JUMBO Consulting Group as we strengthen our presence in France.

As part of our strategic expansion, we’re enhacing our on-the-ground capability to work more closely with clients across offshore and onshore wind, grid, BESS, and emerging energy sectors. Through our collaboration with Turner & Townsend and their established footprint locally, we’re well positioned to support delivery in the local French market.

Tomi brings over 15 years of international experience across offshore and onshore wind, with deep expertise in procurement, contracting, and commercial strategy. Having worked across both developer and supplier sides, she offers a well‑rounded perspective on delivering complex energy projects and building bankable commercial frameworks.

We asked Tomi a few questions about her experience and what excites her about joining JUMBO:

I’ve spent much of my career working across European renewable energy projects, so I understand both the regional dynamics and the practical challenges of delivering projects on the ground. Having been based in France for several years, I’m also familiar with the local market, stakeholders, and approach.

This combination of international experience and local presence allows me to support JUMBO’s clients with solutions that are both globally informed and tailored to the realities of the French market.

Having worked with both developers and suppliers, I have a clear understanding of the priorities, constraints, and risk drivers for each party. This helps me anticipate areas of misalignment early and structure procurement and contracting approaches that are both practical and balanced.

It also allows me to facilitate more effective negotiations, ensuring that outcomes are commercially robust, bankable, and deliverable—ultimately supporting better long‑term project success for all stakeholders.

France and Europe continue to see strong momentum in renewable energy, particularly in wind, grid development, and sectors such as BESS. As projects scale and become more complex, there is an increasing need for robust and disciplined commercial strategies.

JUMBO is well positioned to support this growth by combining deep commercial expertise with a practical delivery mindset. By working closely with our customers, we can help structure projects more effectively, manage risk, and ultimately enable successful delivery in an increasingly competitive and fast‑moving market.
